This co-founder of Young Professionals for George W. Bush was an aide to the late Rep. James J. Howard, R-NJ, in the late ‘80’s and was a staffer at the House Foreign Affairs Committee in ‘91. As a registered lobbyist for more than a decade, Bogosian has specialized in promoting international trade.
